You agree not to use XianVault for storing illegal content, malware, or any material that violates international laws. While we cannot read your data, if we receive a valid legal request and metadata proves illegal activity, we may terminate your account.
XianVault relies on Telegram's infrastructure for data storage. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Telegram API limits, network issues, or maintenance.
XianVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
